The 10th annual European Festival Awards takes place on January 16th 2019 at De Oosterpoort in Groningen. Join us along with over 350 guests for the biggest industry event to celebrate the end of the festival season.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET:

PREMIUM TICKETS:
• Access to the cocktail hour with drinks from 17.00 – 17.45
• Access to the EFA dinner at 18.00
• A floor-level table seat at the EFA awards show at 19.45
• Complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks at the dinner and show

TRIBUNE TICKETS:
• A tribune seat at the EFA ceremony at 19.45 (no meal or drinks included)
Please note: Bookings of fewer than 10 people will be placed on a shared table.
The deadline for cancellations will be Wednesday 9 January 2019.
After this date refunds will not be available; this includes bookings made after this date.

Please make sure you print-out and bring your e-tickets with you.

Please enter De Oosterpoort via the main entrance. Eurosonic Noorderslag delegates can already collect their badge, wristband, conference directory and bag at this point, however this is not necessary to enter the European Festival Awards. The registration desk is open from 12:00 – 22:00

Your e-ticket will be scanned and you will be issued with a wristband for the European Festival Awards.

Premium ticket-holders should aim to register from 16.30 in time for the pre-dinner opening drinks, which will commence at 17:00.

Regular ticket holders (without the dinner) can register up until 19.30 in time for the ceremony.

GETTING TO GRONINGEN
Although Groningen does have a small airport, the easiest way to get there from most European cities is to fly into Amsterdam International Airport and take the train directly from the airport. The train journey takes around 2.5 hours.

Starter
Timbale of smoked ham with a tomato bavarois/ mushroom pickles/pepper ketchup/crispy Parmesan

Vegetarian: Timbale of grilled courget with a tomato bavarois/ mushroom pickles/pepper ketchup/crispy Parmesan

Main course
Poultry rouleau with roasted vegetables / potato tart / jus de veau with dragon

Vegetarian: Strudel with vegetables and cheese/pepper polenta with chevre/lasagna of roasted vegetables/green bell pepper coulis

Dessert
Carrot cake, white chocolate, Apricot and cream cheese /passion fruit sorbet ice cream
